Measurements you can check
Every dimension on a product page comes from the manufacturer's sheet for the exact model being sold. Where a figure has not been confirmed by us, the page says so rather than guessing.
Size settled before you order
A measurement guide and a page on choosing between the pieces are on the site, because getting the size wrong on a bulky item is the expensive mistake.

Support is by email only and a reply comes within one business day. If something is wrong with an order, tell us what happened and we will look at it.

Questions worth asking first
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from warehouses inside the United States. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of dispatch, which is the same window printed on our shipping policy and on every product page. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned, and that is the point the delivery window starts.
Do I pay customs or import fees?
No. Your parcel ships from inside the US, so there is no customs duty, import tax or VAT to pay on arrival. The price you see is the price you pay.
Where is your company based?
IKIMSOFT is operated from Morocco. Our stock is held in fulfilment warehouses inside the United States, which is a fact about where your parcel travels from rather than where we are registered. We would rather tell you both than only the convenient half.
Can I return something if it does not fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind on anything unused. For oversized items like umbrellas and bistro sets, return postage is your responsibility, because moving a heavy parcel is genuinely expensive. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover that in full, including the return postage. Free shipping applies to your order on the way out, not to sending it back. Will my furniture rust if I leave it outside?
Our cantilever umbrella and bistro set are powder-coated aluminium, which resists rust far better than plain steel. They are built to live outside, but any outdoor finish lasts longer under a cover when it is not in use.
Do you sell in parts, or only complete sets?
Each piece is sold as the manufacturer packages it. The hammock stand and the hammock arrive together in one box, so there is no separate purchase to make.
